This listing is for the powerful Crystal Quartz. It has a couple of nicknames. You might know it as Clear Quartz or Rock Crystal.
We offer 4 (four) sizes at this time which we have divided by weight rather than length. We prefer to list by length but many of these specimens are the same length as others weighing twice or even three times as much because they are so much chunkier.

Sizes:

Small: 10 – 19.9 g. ~1.0”
Medium: 20 – 29.9 g. ~1.0” – 1.25”
Large: 30 – 39.9 g. ~1.5” – 2.0”
Extra Large: 40 – 50 g. ~1.5” – 2.25”

Lori refers to Crystal Quartz as Crystal Tofu because, she tells us, it absorbs the ‘flavor’ of whatever energy is around it. Here’s three facts Lori found fun and interesting about Crystal Quartz and wanted to share!

1. In ancient Greece, Crystal Quartz was used to refract the light of the sun to ignite wood chips for cooking and warmth.
2. The first crystal balls used by fortune tellers in the Middle Ages were made of Crystal Quartz.
3. In ancient Japanese mythology, Crystal Quartz was considered a stone of perfection because it was believed to be the physical manifestation of a white dragon’s breath.

Bonus fun fact (because Lori can’t help herself…)

4. In ancient Egypt, statues were made out of Crystal Quartz because the Egyptians of the day believed that it channeled the energy and power of the solar system.

IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE WORLD OF CRYSTALS - PLEASE READ:

We enthusiastically encourage everyone to do their own research including what Sunny calls, ‘an intuitive interview’ with all your crystals. Just as every person has things that make them unique, so too does every crystal. All humans and all Crystal Quartz crystals have things in common, but they are all individuals as well. Sit with them, be with them – and create an individualized relationship with your crystals. For every different crystal or stone that you order, you’ll find a brief description and some of our observations about the crystals strengths and uses. Rarely more than a paragraph, we keep it brief because we feel like it would be a disservice to spare you the journey. You already have everything you need to know everything there is about your crystal inside of you. Trust yourself! Nevertheless, if you have specific questions, never hesitate to message us.

And now, a few things we think you may wish to know:

1. Resisting the Source is the source of all suffering.
2. You may have noted that we always start this section with a quote. Though we tend to use a different quote for every stone, we do share the same quote within families – i.e., all Amethysts, Jaspers, Quartz, Calcites, etc.
3. Regarding our photos: We are brand new to photography. All our photos are taken with an Android phone that has a non-working flash. We take all of our photos in a lightbox and then convert them to high definition to compensate for this. Our crystals are all photographed dry – never wet. Lastly, all our photographic efforts are to designed to represent our products as honestly as we can.
4. All sizes/weights are estimates that are made in good faith. Lengths are calculated by measuring the longest side.
5. Before an order is shipped it sits on our alter during our thirty-minute morning meditation during which we dedicate Metta to the order heading to you. If for any reason, or even no reason, you would prefer we don’t do this with your order, please let us know so we can respect your wishes.
6. In every way that matters, we are all brothers and sisters awaiting the family reunion. Until then, if no one has told you they love you today, know that we do.
