It’s time for three fun facts about the star of this listing – Rainbow Fluorite!

1. Tourmaline is the only stone that shows more color variations than Fluorite. The name ‘Rainbow Fluorite’ doesn’t indicate that it’ll have every color in the rainbow in every piece, but that the range of colors and color combinations are from all over the rainbow.
2. Each type of gemstone is connected to a historical god or goddess. Rainbow Fluorite is connected to more than one and the list is both impressive and telling. Amongst this list are the names of the goddesses for wisdom, fertility and butterflies.
3. Clear or optical fluorite is used to create lenses for microscopes and telescopes. However, it is less known that since Rainbow Fluorite can come in any color, or even no color, that it too is sometimes used for this purpose. In our final picture, you’ll find a specimen of Rainbow Fluorite that is almost completely clear!

IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE WORLD OF CRYSTALS - PLEASE READ:

We enthusiastically encourage everyone to do their own research including what Sunny calls, ‘an intuitive interview’ with all your crystals. Just as every person has things that make them unique, so too does every crystal. All humans and all Rainbow Fluorite crystals have things in common, but they are all individuals as well. Sit with them, be with them – and create an individualized relationship with your crystals. For every different crystal or stone that you order, you’ll find a brief description and some of our observations about the crystals strengths and uses. Rarely more than a paragraph, we keep it brief because we feel like it would be a disservice to spare you the journey. You already have everything you need to know everything there is about your crystal inside of you. Trust yourself! Nevertheless, if you have specific questions, never hesitate to message us.

And now, a few things we think you may wish to know:

1. There is a student for every teacher and a teacher for every student.
2. Please feel free to bring any requests you might have for that crystal you just can’t seem to find anywhere. We really do tend to jump at the opportunity to help someone but when the way to help that someone is to go on an actual real-life treasure hunt? Yup, yup, yup! Sign us up!
3. Regarding our photos: We are brand new to photography. All our photos are taken with an Android phone that has a non-working flash. We take all of our photos in a lightbox and then convert them to high definition to compensate for this. Our crystals are all photographed dry – never wet. Lastly, all our photographic efforts are designed to represent our products as honestly as we can.
4. All sizes/weights are estimates that are made in good faith. Lengths are calculated by measuring the longest side.
5. Before an order is shipped it sits on our alter during our thirty-minute morning meditation during which we dedicate Metta to the order heading to you. If for any reason, or even no reason, you would prefer we don’t do this with your order, please let us know so we can respect your wishes.
6. In every way that matters, we are all brothers and sisters awaiting the family reunion. Until then, if no one has told you they love you today, know that we do.
